HEB has branded their store brand items under the name H-E-B. Wherever you see this label you are purchasing products under the company’s private label. H-E-Buddy products are specialty group of products under the H-E-B label which are specifically chosen as “healthy for kids”. They are scrutinized by the HEB the company maintains that these products have no empty calories, trans fats, HFCS or partially hydrogenated oils in addition to other nutritional guidelines.
HEB buddy bucks (properly called H-E-Buddy Bucks) are part of an initiative of HEB to promote the store to their younger (under 12) patrons.
